Position Overview

Contribute to the success of a growing, customer-focused company just outside of Milwaukee, WI. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team.

As a Sales Executive, you will report directly to the sales manager and assist the sales team in identifying quality prospective clients and key decision-makers through micromarketing and outbound lead generation campaigns. Additionally, you will be in charge of proactively reaching out and maintaining long-lasting relationships with new or existing Digicorp customers, partners, and vendors. You will rely on experience, judgment, and best practices to accomplish specified goals. A qualified applicant must be able to think creatively to provide the best solutions for our clients. Additionally, they will provide thorough and comprehensive documentation throughout all client interactions.

Required Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a related business and/or technical field or equivalent training required. Previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus. Ability to learn company application software is required. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills, especially regarding documentation.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • A natural ability to generate positive relationships with both customers and prospects.
  • Ability to call a large number of accounts to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Experience and basic knowledge in Office 365 and Microsoft Teams; prior knowledge of software applications such as Tigerpaw preferred but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once, while prioritizing important deadlines. 
  • Ability to travel if needed to meet with clients, vendors, or partners. 
  • Commitment to professional standards and ethics. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to new or existing customers with new ideas, projects, and technology. 
  • Assist with managing Digicorp’s partner relationships.
  • Become proficient in successful deal registration processes for partner opportunities.
  • Utilize Digicorp’s technical resources to create specific content and run successful micromarketing campaigns.
  • Lead in the development of new business opportunities through outbound calling campaigns.
  • Develop revenue opportunities of $500,000 in the first 12 months of employment.
  • Develop a technical understanding of Digicorp’s products and services.
  • Attain sales and technical certifications with Digicorp partners as directed.
  • Develop an understanding of Digicorp’s competitors and the overall market landscape.
  • Strive to consistently provide valued support and service for our customers.
  • Contribute to the Digicorp team with a positive attitude and committed work ethic.
  • Apply your unique skills and gifts to make a positive impact on customers and co-workers.

Work Environment

The usual working environment of this position is that of a standard office. However, as needed, and if necessary, the person in this position is expected to travel to meet with new or existing Digicorp customers, partners, and vendors.
